Customer: I have been to my GP and had a blood test which he said was Unexpected Numeric Value Found 4.5mmol/L (<7.7). I am waiting to see a specialist but would like to know what this could be indicating.

Which blood test you are asking about?
Is it blood sugar?

It says GGT Glucose - I did have a Glucose tolerence test which I know is ok. But I had bowel cancer ten years ago and my Dr said that one of my blood tests was not quite right so I thought it was that one.

If it is blood glucose value, then 4.5 mmol is still within normal range.
But if it is 7.7 mmol, then this is high suggesting possible diabetes.
To confirm, you need another fasting blood sugar test.
A hemoglobin A1c test also should be ordered which measures the average blood sugar in preceding 3 month period. The normal value should be below 6.5
You should follow a high fiber diet.
Cut down simple carbs like sugar, cake, dessert, soda, candy.

I know about the Glucose Tolerance Test but my GP said one of my blood tests was incorrect and I have them all. I was just worried if there was a particular one that would show my cancer had returned.
Can you please specify which particular blood test result is abnormal?

Your test results look normal except for your blood glucose response. The blood glucose response at GTT came little lower than expected.
But this does not suggest anything serious.
This is because, you electrolyte, liver enzymes, serum protein levels are all in normal range.
This does not suggest cancer recurrence.
I do not see any cause for concern.
